Howell Homestead has a vegetable garden, goats, and chickens.  They recently became MAEAP verified for Cropping and Livestock.

MAEAP is a voluntary, non-regulatory, confidential program that helps farms of all sizes and commodities minimize and prevent agriculture pollution. Being MAEAP verified means you have shown a high level of commitment towards protecting water and soil health and quality, and are recognized as a top steward within the community.
