Dickinson-Iron District Health Department

The Environmental Health Division is responsible for preserving, protecting, and improving the public health, welfare and environment within Dickinson and Iron Counties. To fulfill this responsibility, the Department’s Environmental Health Division maintains a highly trained and qualified staff that provides inspection programs, consultation services, education, outreach and regulatory enforcement related to on-site wastewater management, private wells, radon testing, and loan evaluation.
