2025 Lansing Rivers and River Trail Cleanup
June 7 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Free
You won’t want to miss out on our fifth community-wide, Lansing Rivers and River Trail Cleanup. This will be our largest with more activities and special events planned than ever before. We unveil more than incredible rivers, treasured parks, and a prized river trail, we unveil community spirit and civic pride.
It is because of you our capital city’s rivers, adjoining greenways, and river trail are looking its best. Come alone, bring a friend or entire family, or make this a company-wide, team building event, and experience the joy and ease with which we accomplish great things when working together. If you wish to become an event partner, sponsor, or exhibitor, drop us a note via our contact page, we would love to hear from you.
In addition to our headquarter site at Potter Park Zoo, there will be satellite sites at Rotary and Moorse parks for the distribution of FREE snacks, bottled water, and all the equipment needed. Ingham County Retired & Seniors Volunteer Program members will be providing support along the river trail too.
This event also includes two park beautification projects: Cherry Hill Park and Kruger’s Landing.
