DESCRIPTION:The Kent Conservation District and Friends of Buck Creek will be teaming up to host an invasive species workday at Lemery Park. Come join us on Saturday\, March 7th\, from 1pm-3pm to help us protect the Buck Creek watershed. We will be focusing on areas along Buck Creek\, a tributary of the Grand River that runs through Lemery Park. Our goal is to control the infestation of invasive species along the creek to improve wildlife habitat. \nPlease dress for the weather. Our team will provide gloves and tools for this event. Meet in the main parking lot of Lemery Park.
