DESCRIPTION:This event is to celebrate the amazing Gloria Miller\, who turns 100! \nTo make sure we all can join in on Gloria Miller’s birthday party\, we are going to float from Heritage Park to Gloria Miller Park.  We know this is a short float\, but what better way for Gloria Miller to arrive at her party than on the river she dedicated so much time and effort to.  We will launch from Heritage Park at 12:30 and arrive at the party at 1 pm.  This isn’t a clean-up\, just a birthday float. \nIt goes without saying\, she is the reason the Looking Glass is as beautiful and clean as it is.

DESCRIPTION:Hi Friends!\nWe are planning our summer river clean-up float July 16th 2023 and need your help!\nWe are going to clean the Looking Glass Riverfront Park (Herbison rd) to Lowell Rd section of the river.\nWe have limited parking at the end\, so we will coordinate vehicles to shuttle back to Riverfront Park.\nOur goal is to keep the river passable and clear of major log jams\, but there are always items in our beautiful river that need to be removed\, from cans/glass jars to tires.
