SUMMARY:Earth Day Celebration: Vernal Pool Patrol
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we contribute to a statewide citizen science project hosted by Michigan State University’s Michigan Natural Features Inventory program. We will be surveying one of CNC’s temporary ponds to see what is living in and around it. This project helps gather data for protection efforts of these vital ecosystems. Waterproof shoes are recommended. \nWe will meet in front of the Visitor Center to walk to the vernal pool. For late arrivals\, please see the front desk.
